Eurohinca can take on the project in different levels, from complete turnkey project to only specialized execution o technical support for your team/UTE to maintain control of the contract. It is usually structured in 4 models:
1) Complete work (integral execution of the crossing WITHOUT trench)
Eurohinca assumes the full implementation of the crossing, including planning, implementation, execution of the method and coordination of the work (according to scope). This is the typical approach when you want to a single responsible party for the final outcome of the crossover.
Fits well for crossings with high criticality (services under load, urban environment, restrictions).
It is usually supported by the main solution (e.g. Microtunnel o Pipe jacking) and, if applicable, auxiliaries such as Vertical wells.
2) Specialized execution only (technical subcontracting)
Here Eurohinca enters as specialistThe general civil works, permits/occupations or overall coordination can be left to the main contractor/UTE.
Widely used in EPC/contracts where the trenchless part is technical package.
Also applicable to Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) o Direct Pipe when the crossbreed is separated as a production unit.
3) Technical assistance and engineering (design, bidding and construction support)
If the client or the engineering firm needs to accelerate decisions, reduce uncertainty or prepare a “buildable” RFQ, Eurohinca can participate as technical support: review of alternatives, constructability, methodology, planning, risk and construction management support.
Ideal when the project is in pre-project/project or when it is necessary to “close” conditions before awarding.

4) Commissioning and support (start-up and operational support)
On projects where the engineering/contractor has the means, Eurohinca can support the start, We also provide support, procedures, coordination of critical milestones and support in key phases to ensure performance and quality, without assuming the entire contract.
Useful when the customer wants to minimize learning curve o ensure production/deliverables.
