Une augmentation anormale peut indiquer un frottement accru, des changements de terrain, un manque de lubrification, un blocage partiel ou la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de v\u00e9rifier l'alimentation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1525\"><strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1327\">Couple de coupe :<\/strong><br data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1330\" \/>Indique l'effort fourni par la t\u00eate de coupe pour creuser. Des variations importantes peuvent indiquer des changements g\u00e9ologiques, la pr\u00e9sence de blocs, de roches, de mat\u00e9riaux abrasifs ou d'un sol plus compact.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1767\"><strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1551\">Vitesse d'avancement :<\/strong><br data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1554\" \/>Permet de comparer la production r\u00e9elle \u00e0 la production pr\u00e9vue. Si le taux d'avancement diminue sans cause pr\u00e9vue, il peut s'agir d'une r\u00e9sistance accrue au sol, d'un impact m\u00e9canique, d'un exc\u00e8s de pouss\u00e9e ou de contraintes d'extraction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"2121\"><strong data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1791\">Pression frontale :<\/strong><br data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1794\" \/>Elle est essentielle dans les boucliers ferm\u00e9s, en particulier dans les cas suivants <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-epb\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1903\">EPB TBM<\/a> o <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-hydro-shield\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1996\">hydro-shield pour les terrains gorg\u00e9s d'eau<\/a>. Contribue \u00e0 maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 du sol et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de tassement, d'infiltration d'eau ou de perte de mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2377\"><strong data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2144\">Volume fouill\u00e9 :<\/strong><br data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2147\" \/>Il doit \u00eatre coh\u00e9rent avec l'avancement th\u00e9orique du tunnel. Un volume plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pr\u00e9vu peut indiquer une surexcavation, une perte de sol ou un entra\u00eenement de fines ; un volume plus faible peut indiquer un blocage, un compactage ou une extraction insuffisante.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2711\"><strong data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2421\">D\u00e9bit, pression et densit\u00e9 des boues :<\/strong><br data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2424\" \/>Dans les boucliers hydrauliques ou les syst\u00e8mes de circuits de boues, les flux d'\u00e9coulement et de retour, la densit\u00e9, la pression, la s\u00e9paration des solides et le comportement du mat\u00e9riau excav\u00e9 sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. Ces param\u00e8tres sont essentiels pour maintenir l'\u00e9quilibre du front et g\u00e9rer correctement l'excavation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2895\"><strong data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2753\">Lubrification entre le tuyau et le sol :<\/strong><br data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2756\" \/>La consommation, la distribution et la pression de la lubrification contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le frottement, \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la pouss\u00e9e et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger le tuyau pendant la conduite.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"3093\"><strong data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2930\">Alignement, \u00e9l\u00e9vation et pente :<\/strong><br data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"2933\" \/>Les syst\u00e8mes de suivi topographique et de guidage permettent de v\u00e9rifier que le tunnelier avance dans l'axe, la profondeur et les tol\u00e9rances d\u00e9finis dans le projet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3292\"><strong data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3128\">R\u00e8glements et auscultation :<\/strong><br data-start=\"3128\" data-end=\"3131\" \/>Dans les zones urbaines ou sous les infrastructures critiques, les mouvements de surface, les structures, les services publics, les routes, les chemins de fer ou les b\u00e2timents proches sont surveill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3294\" data-end=\"3504\"><strong data-start=\"3294\" data-end=\"3320\">Incidents et arr\u00eats de travail :<\/strong><br data-start=\"3320\" data-end=\"3323\" \/>Les arr\u00eats, les changements d'outils, la maintenance, les blocages, les variations de terrain, les infiltrations d'eau, les alarmes, les ajustements de pression et les d\u00e9cisions op\u00e9rationnelles pertinentes sont enregistr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"gwtf3d\" data-start=\"3506\" data-end=\"3555\">Comment les donn\u00e9es sont interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es pendant le travail<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3557\" data-end=\"3994\">Les param\u00e8tres ne sont pas analys\u00e9s isol\u00e9ment. Une augmentation de la pouss\u00e9e, par exemple, peut \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 une augmentation de la friction, \u00e0 des d\u00e9ficits de lubrification, \u00e0 des changements de terrain ou \u00e0 une d\u00e9viation de l'itin\u00e9raire. Une variation de la pression de front peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des changements de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9, de nappe phr\u00e9atique ou de volume excav\u00e9. L'interpr\u00e9tation technique combine donc des donn\u00e9es de production, g\u00e9otechniques, d'orientation, de comportement de la boue et d'auscultation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4357\">Les <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/choix-du-tunnelier\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4073\">choix du tunnelier<\/a> d\u00e9termine les param\u00e8tres les plus pertinents.
