Il n'existe pas de tunnelier universel : chaque syst\u00e8me d'excavation est mieux adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de sol, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de contr\u00f4le du front de taille.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"1090\">Dans un premier temps, Eurohinca analyse les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9otechniques et hydrog\u00e9ologiques disponibles afin de d\u00e9terminer si le projet peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ouvert\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"719\">bouclier ouvert<\/a>, <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-epb\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"801\">Bouclier ferm\u00e9 EPB TBM<\/a> o <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-hydro-shield\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"871\">hydro-bouclier<\/a>. Cette d\u00e9cision s'inscrit dans le cadre du processus de <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/choix-du-tunnelier\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"988\">choix du tunnelier<\/a> et influe sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision, les performances et la ma\u00eetrise des risques pendant l'ex\u00e9cution.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1eg4l6d\" data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1129\">Principaux crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1507\"><strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1150\">Blason ouvert :<\/strong> Cette m\u00e9thode est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e sur des terrains stables, peu humides et dans des conditions o\u00f9 le front de taille peut \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9 pendant l'excavation. Elle constitue une option appropri\u00e9e lorsque la g\u00e9ologie permet de travailler avec un acc\u00e8s direct ou semi-direct au front de taille, \u00e0 condition que les risques d'instabilit\u00e9, d'infiltration d'eau ou de perte de mat\u00e9riaux soient compatibles avec cette m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1926\"><strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1542\">EPB \u2014 Earth Pressure Balance \u2014 :<\/strong> Elle est utilis\u00e9e lorsqu'il est n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00e9quilibrer la pression du sol au niveau du front de taille, en particulier dans les sols coh\u00e9sifs ou les terrains o\u00f9 les mat\u00e9riaux excav\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s afin d'assurer la stabilit\u00e9. La <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-epb\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1809\">EPB TBM<\/a> permet de contr\u00f4ler la pression d'excavation et de r\u00e9duire le risque d'affaissements, de surexcavation ou de perte de front de taille.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"2325\"><strong data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"1944\">Hydroshield (bouclier hydrique) :<\/strong> Cette m\u00e9thode est envisag\u00e9e en cas de sols satur\u00e9s, de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de pr\u00e9sence importante d\u2019eau ou de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de stabiliser le front de fouille par pression de boues. Le <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-hydro-shield\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2202\">hydro-shield pour les terrains gorg\u00e9s d'eau<\/a> Cela rev\u00eat une importance particuli\u00e8re au niveau des passages sous les cours d'eau, des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res, des exutoires, des captages ou des trac\u00e9s o\u00f9 le niveau de la nappe phr\u00e9atique est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"19v5edh\" data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2360\">Informations n\u00e9cessaires pour prendre une d\u00e9cision<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2450\">Pour choisir correctement entre un bouclier ouvert, un EPB et un hydro-bouclier, il faut examiner les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2589\"><strong data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2477\">G\u00e9ologie du trac\u00e9 :<\/strong> type de sol ou de roche, pr\u00e9sence de blocs, terrains mixtes, fracturation, abrasivit\u00e9 et variabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9otechnique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2591\" data-end=\"2736\"><strong data-start=\"2591\" data-end=\"2623\">Conditions hydrog\u00e9ologiques :<\/strong> niveau phr\u00e9atique, perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9, pression de l'eau, risque d'infiltration d'eau et n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4ler le front de taille.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2855\"><strong data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2763\">G\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l'ouvrage :<\/strong> diam\u00e8tre, longueur, profondeur, pente, rayon de courbure et tol\u00e9rances d'alignement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"3000\"><strong data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"2880\">Environnement travers\u00e9 :<\/strong> routes, voies ferr\u00e9es, cours d'eau, constructions, services existants, zones urbaines ou zones \u00e9cologiquement sensibles.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3173\"><strong data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3028\">Risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction :<\/strong> affaissements, surcreusement, perte de stabilit\u00e9, usure des outils, blocage de la t\u00eate de forage, infiltration d'eau ou \u00e9carts par rapport au trac\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3400\"><strong data-start=\"3175\" data-end=\"3211\">Logistique et travaux de g\u00e9nie civil annexes :<\/strong> espace disponible pour <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/arbres-verticaux\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3236\" data-end=\"3322\">puits d'entra\u00eenement vertical et microtunnelier<\/a>, gestion des boues ou des mat\u00e9riaux d'excavation, voies d'acc\u00e8s, sites de stockage et \u00e9quipements auxiliaires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3402\" data-end=\"3812\">Concr\u00e8tement, le <strong data-start=\"3428\" data-end=\"3446\">bouclier ouvert<\/strong> est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des terrains plus stables et plus faciles \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser ; le <strong data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3507\">EPB<\/strong> est utilis\u00e9 lorsqu'un \u00e9quilibrage de la pression des terres est n\u00e9cessaire ; et le <strong data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3592\">hydro-bouclier<\/strong> Cette option est choisie lorsque l'eau, la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 ou la pression hydraulique constituent des facteurs d\u00e9terminants.
