Dans les projets de <strong data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"456\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/eperonnage-de-tuyaux-2\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"454\">le fon\u00e7age de tuyaux (microtunnelage)<\/a><\/strong>, L'objectif est d'\u00e9viter les pertes de volume au sol et de maintenir l'avant stable.<\/p><p data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"617\"><strong data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"615\">1) R\u00e9duire l'incertitude en amont (conception et planification)<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"1732\"><li data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"954\"><p data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"954\">Campagne g\u00e9otechnique et hydrog\u00e9ologique visant \u00e0 identifier les sols sensibles, les changements brusques et la pr\u00e9sence d'eau ; elle d\u00e9bouche sur un mod\u00e8le de risque et des mesures pr\u00e9ventives (cf. <strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"950\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/les-risques-geotechniques-les-plus-frequents-dans-le-microtunnelier-et-la-maniere-de-les-attenuer-sur-le-site\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"948\">les risques g\u00e9otechniques et leur att\u00e9nuation<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1344\"><p data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1344\">S\u00e9lection du syst\u00e8me d'excavation qui contr\u00f4le le mieux la stabilit\u00e9 du front urbain : typiquement <strong data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1153\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/les-tunneliers-a-bouclier-ferme\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1151\">les tunneliers \u00e0 bouclier ferm\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> (EPB ou hydroshield) en cas de pr\u00e9sence d'une nappe phr\u00e9atique, de sols granuleux ou d'une grande sensibilit\u00e9 au tassement ; voir \u00e9galement <strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1341\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/choix-du-tunnelier\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1339\">choix du tunnelier<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1732\"><p data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1732\">Conception des puits et des ouvrages de g\u00e9nie civil pour \u00e9viter les mouvements induits par les excavations auxiliaires : <strong data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1565\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1841\">2) Le contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9quilibre des faces et des volumes pendant l'excavation (qui a le plus grand impact sur l'assise).<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"2890\"><li data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"2368\"><p data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1929\">Maintenir un <strong data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1889\">pression ad\u00e9quate dans la chambre<\/strong> pour \u00e9quilibrer le sol et l'eau :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2368\"><li data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2042\"><p data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2042\">Dans les diluants\/coh\u00e9sifs, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appliqu\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2039\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/bouclier-ferme-epb\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2037\">Bouclier ferm\u00e9 EPB<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2368\"><p data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2368\">Dans les granul\u00e9s satur\u00e9s ou \u00e0 haute pression, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de data-end=\"2363\">gestion de la pression en cas de nappe phr\u00e9atique \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2551\"><p data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2551\">Ajustement coordonn\u00e9 des <strong data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2435\">avance, couple, pouss\u00e9e, tirage\/retour<\/strong> (en particulier dans les boues) afin d'\u00e9viter une surexcavation, la perte de fines ou de \u201cvides\u201d entra\u00eenant une d\u00e9cantation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2890\"><p data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2890\">Lubrification et contr\u00f4le des frottements pour \u00e9viter les blocages et les arr\u00eats forc\u00e9s (les arr\u00eats mal g\u00e9r\u00e9s augmentent les risques de pertes de charge et de d\u00e9formations), dans une logique de <strong data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2889\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/les-risques-geotechniques-les-plus-frequents-dans-le-microtunnelier-et-la-maniere-de-les-attenuer-sur-le-site\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2887\">les risques g\u00e9otechniques et leur att\u00e9nuation<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2962\"><strong data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2960\">3) Auscultation et \u201cm\u00e9thode d'observation\u201d (mesurer-comparer-agir)<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3709\"><li data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3062\"><p data-start=\"2965\" data-end=\"3062\">Un plan de surveillance est d\u00e9fini par <strong data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3015\">seuils<\/strong> (alerte\/alarme\/arr\u00eat) et les actions associ\u00e9es.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3063\" data-end=\"3310\"><p data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3310\">Contr\u00f4le en temps r\u00e9el des param\u00e8tres et de la qualit\u00e9 de l'excavation, voir <strong data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3307\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/fr\/les-parametres-de-production-de-qualite-et-de-securite-sont-controles-dans-le-cadre-dun-projet-de-microtunnel\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3140\" data-end=\"3305\">les param\u00e8tres \u00e0 surveiller dans un microtunnel<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3311\" data-end=\"3709\"><p data-start=\"3313\" data-end=\"3709\">Surveillance externe typique (en fonction de la criticit\u00e9) : contr\u00f4le topographique de la surface et des b\u00e2timents, contr\u00f4le des services sensibles, pi\u00e9zom\u00e9trie le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.
