En este entorno el \u00e9xito del proyecto depende de lograr un equilibrio din\u00e1mico entre la presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica exterior, la presi\u00f3n del fluido dentro de la c\u00e1mara y la presi\u00f3n que ejerce el propio empuje del escudo. El fluido transmite la presi\u00f3n al frente, estabiliza el terreno y transporta el detrito hacia la planta de separaci\u00f3n situada en superficie. La presi\u00f3n en la c\u00e1mara se modifica mediante:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1758\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1514\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1514\"><strong data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1430\">Bombeo del lodo<\/strong>: cambiar el caudal altera la altura de columna y, por tanto, la presi\u00f3n est\u00e1tica.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1618\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1618\"><strong data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1555\">Regulaci\u00f3n de v\u00e1lvulas de descarga<\/strong>: abrir o cerrar la v\u00e1lvula de bypass var\u00eda la contrapresi\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1758\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1758\"><strong data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1652\">Control del ritmo de avance<\/strong>: un empuje excesivo provoca sobrepresiones; un empuje insuficiente permite la entrada de agua y material.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1963\">Para repasar la anatom\u00eda completa del equipo, consulta la ficha de <strong data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1923\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/es\/escudo-cerrado-hidroescudo\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1921\">Escudo cerrado \u2013 Hidroescudo<\/a><\/strong> dentro de nuestra secci\u00f3n de <em data-start=\"1953\" data-end=\"1962\">Equipos<\/em>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2013\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2013\">Caracterizaci\u00f3n hidrogeol\u00f3gica previa<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2079\">Antes de plantear la presi\u00f3n de cara, es imprescindible conocer:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2379\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2135\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2135\"><strong data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2105\">Nivel piezom\u00e9trico<\/strong> y su oscilaci\u00f3n estacional.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2136\" data-end=\"2211\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2211\"><strong data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2170\">Coeficiente de permeabilidad<\/strong> (k) y compresibilidad de la formaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2379\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2379\"><strong data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2244\">Confinamiento del acu\u00edfero<\/strong>: acu\u00edferos no confinados pueden aliviar presi\u00f3n v\u00eda drenaje superficial; un acu\u00edfero confinado puede acumular sobrepresi\u00f3n inesperada.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2671\">Nuestro departamento de <strong data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2522\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/es\/asistencia-tecnica-e-ingenieria\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2520\">Asistencia t\u00e9cnica e ingenier\u00eda<\/a><\/strong> integra estos par\u00e1metros en un modelo num\u00e9rico que predice la presi\u00f3n necesaria para mantener el equilibrio frontoest\u00e1tico sin inducir sifonamiento.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2729\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2729\">C\u00e1lculo de la presi\u00f3n de cara (p&lt;sub&gt;f&lt;\/sub&gt;)<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2731\" data-end=\"2806\">Para terrenos saturados, la presi\u00f3n de cara (p&lt;sub&gt;f&lt;\/sub&gt;) se define como:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"2808\" data-end=\"2839\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2839\">p&lt;sub&gt;f&lt;\/sub&gt; = \u03b3\u00b7h + \u03c3\u2032 \u00b1 \u0394p<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2841\" data-end=\"3210\">donde \u03b3 es el peso espec\u00edfico del agua, h la profundidad bajo el nivel fre\u00e1tico, \u03c3\u2032 la tensi\u00f3n efectiva del terreno y \u0394p un factor de seguridad. Un hidroescudo bien afinado trabaja con \u0394p entre +0,05 bar y +0,15 bar respecto a la presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica local. Superar ese rango puede fracturar el terreno; quedarse corto provoca p\u00e9rdidas de fluido y riesgo de inundaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3251\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3251\">Mejores pr\u00e1cticas operativas<\/h2><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3291\">Control milim\u00e9trico del empuje<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3293\" data-end=\"3799\">El empuje hidr\u00e1ulico debe acompa\u00f1ar el ritmo de extracci\u00f3n del detrito. En la macroobra de <strong data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3495\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/es\/cruces-de-infraestructuras\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3493\">Cruces de infraestructuras<\/a><\/strong> del anillo ferroviario de Valencia, Eurohinca implement\u00f3 un algoritmo de control predictivo. El sistema ajustaba el empuje cada 0,5 segundos seg\u00fan la presi\u00f3n de cara y el caudal de lodo. El resultado fue una desviaci\u00f3n media de \u00b10,03 bar respecto al objetivo durante 320 m de avance en arenas saturadas.<\/p><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3801\" data-end=\"3839\">4.2 Inyecci\u00f3n de bentonita en cola<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3841\" data-end=\"3997\">Al avanzar el escudo, se crea un anillo hueco entre la camisa de la m\u00e1quina y el terreno excavado. Inyectar una lechada de bentonita y cemento en esta zona:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4232\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4036\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4036\">Sella rutas de fuga para el agua.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4037\" data-end=\"4083\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4039\" data-end=\"4083\">Reduce la p\u00e9rdida de presi\u00f3n en la c\u00e1mara.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4232\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4086\" data-end=\"4232\">Minimiza asentamientos en superficie, clave en proyectos de <strong data-start=\"4146\" data-end=\"4223\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/es\/obra-civil\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4148\" data-end=\"4221\">Obra civil<\/a><\/strong> urbanos.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"4234\" data-end=\"4288\">Sistemas de sellado en zona de paso de dovelas<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4290\" data-end=\"4607\">En tunelaciones con <strong data-start=\"4310\" data-end=\"4399\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/es\/tunel-de-dovela\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4312\" data-end=\"4397\">T\u00fanel de dovelas<\/a><\/strong> se instala un cepillo sellador y una c\u00e1mara de inyecci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de la rueda de corte. Mantener la presi\u00f3n en esa c\u00e1mara un 5 % por encima de la presi\u00f3n de cara previene la entrada de agua al t\u00fanel terminado.<\/p><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"4609\" data-end=\"4655\">Circuito de separaci\u00f3n y recirculaci\u00f3n<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"4657\" data-end=\"5004\">El fluido benton\u00edtico vuelve a la planta de separaci\u00f3n donde se decanta, se limpia con hidrociclones y se reinyecta. Controlar la densidad entre 1,08 y 1,15 g\/cm\u00b3 garantiza la capacidad de soporte sin sobredensificar el lodo, algo estudiado en profundidad en <em data-start=\"4916\" data-end=\"4958\">TBM excavation under high water pressure<\/em> (2023) <strong><span class=\"ms-1 inline-flex max-w-full items-center relative top-[-0.094rem] animate-[show_150ms_ease-in]\"><a class=\"flex h-4.5 overflow-hidden rounded-xl px-2 text-[0.5625em] font-medium text-token-text-secondary! bg-[#F4F4F4]! dark:bg-[#303030]! transition-colors duration-150 ease-in-out\" href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/370546780_TBM_excavation_under_high_water_pressure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"relative start-0 bottom-0 flex h-full w-full items-center\"><span class=\"flex h-4 w-full items-center justify-between overflow-hidden\"><span class=\"max-w-full grow truncate overflow-hidden text-center\">ResearchGate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"5011\" data-end=\"5046\">\u00a0<\/h2><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"5011\" data-end=\"5046\">Monitorizaci\u00f3n en tiempo real<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5048\" data-end=\"5099\">Un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de presiones moderno combina:<\/p><ol data-start=\"5101\" data-end=\"5572\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5101\" data-end=\"5206\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5104\" data-end=\"5206\"><strong data-start=\"5104\" data-end=\"5129\">Multipunto de presi\u00f3n<\/strong>: sensores en la c\u00e1mara, la l\u00ednea de descarga y la zona de paso de dovelas.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5207\" data-end=\"5294\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5210\" data-end=\"5294\"><strong data-start=\"5210\" data-end=\"5238\">Caudal\u00edmetros magn\u00e9ticos<\/strong>: miden el balance entrada\/salida para detectar fugas.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5295\" data-end=\"5408\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5298\" data-end=\"5408\"><strong data-start=\"5298\" data-end=\"5326\">Aforadores piezom\u00e9tricos<\/strong> en superficie: confirman que no hay sobrepresiones que provoquen afloramientos.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5409\" data-end=\"5572\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5412\" data-end=\"5572\"><strong data-start=\"5412\" data-end=\"5447\">Dashboards conectados a la nube<\/strong>: integrados en la plataforma de <strong data-start=\"5480\" data-end=\"5558\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5482\" data-end=\"5556\">Sistemas de excavaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> de Eurohinca.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5574\" data-end=\"5731\">En caso de que la presi\u00f3n de cara caiga m\u00e1s de 0,1 bar en 10 s, el algoritmo env\u00eda una alerta y ordena al PLC reducir el avance y aumentar el caudal de lodo.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"5738\" data-end=\"5788\">Cuando la presi\u00f3n exterior supera los 10 bar<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5790\" data-end=\"5853\">Presiones mayores de 10 bar (\u2248100 m de columna de agua) exigen:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5855\" data-end=\"6080\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5855\" data-end=\"5945\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5857\" data-end=\"5945\"><strong data-start=\"5857\" data-end=\"5890\">Estructura de rueda reforzada<\/strong> con espesores extra y acero de alto l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"5946\" data-end=\"6020\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"5948\" data-end=\"6020\"><strong data-start=\"5948\" data-end=\"5981\">Sistema de doble junta t\u00f3rica<\/strong> en todas las conexiones hidr\u00e1ulicas.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"6021\" data-end=\"6080\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"6023\" data-end=\"6080\"><strong data-start=\"6023\" data-end=\"6044\">Cascos de presi\u00f3n<\/strong> para el personal de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"6082\" data-end=\"6305\">A partir de 12 bar, algunos proyectos optan por <strong data-start=\"6130\" data-end=\"6210\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/es\/direct-pipe\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"6132\" data-end=\"6208\">Direct Pipe\u00ae<\/a><\/strong>, que combina escudo microtunel con empuje de tuber\u00eda continua, evitando la c\u00e1mara de operador.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"6307\" data-end=\"6668\">Un caso emblem\u00e1tico es el emisario submarino de Durban (Sud\u00e1frica), donde la presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica lleg\u00f3 a 13,5 bar.
