Su dise\u00f1o y ejecuci\u00f3n vienen definidos por los siguientes par\u00e1metros y condicionantes t\u00e9cnicos:<\/p><p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1195\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"928\">Aplicaciones principales:<\/strong> Cruces subterr\u00e1neos bajo carreteras, r\u00edos, l\u00edneas f\u00e9rreas, zonas naturales protegidas o \u00e1reas con fuertes restricciones de excavaci\u00f3n. Se utiliza para redes de abastecimiento, saneamiento a presi\u00f3n, conducciones el\u00e9ctricas, fibra \u00f3ptica, gas y sistemas industriales.<\/p><p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1476\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1234\">Rango de di\u00e1metros instalables:<\/strong> La tuber\u00eda final puede tener distintos di\u00e1metros seg\u00fan el proyecto y el tipo de material (PEAD, acero u otros). El di\u00e1metro del escariado y la configuraci\u00f3n de herramientas se ajustan a la tuber\u00eda de producto y a las condiciones del terreno.<\/p><p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1699\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1521\">Longitudes habituales de perforaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Tramos de decenas a varios cientos de metros, dependiendo de la profundidad, el radio de curvatura, las tensiones admisibles de la tuber\u00eda y los l\u00edmites del equipo HDD empleado.<\/p><p data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1939\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1736\">Radio de curvatura y trazado:<\/strong> Capacidad para ejecutar trazados en curva en planta y alzado, dentro de los radios m\u00ednimos que permitan las herramientas direccionales y la tuber\u00eda proyectada, respetando esfuerzos de tracci\u00f3n y empuje.<\/p><p data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2237\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1982\">Condiciones de terreno compatibles:<\/strong> Suelos cohesivos, arenosos, limosos o mixtos. La presencia de gravas o transiciones duras puede requerir herramientas espec\u00edficas y ajustes en el fluido de perforaci\u00f3n. El control del nivel fre\u00e1tico forma parte del proceso mediante lodos estabilizadores.<\/p><p data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2531\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2265\">M\u00e9thode constructive :<\/strong> Perforaci\u00f3n piloto guiada mediante sonda y localizador, seguida de fases de escariado progresivo hasta alcanzar el di\u00e1metro necesario para el tiro de la tuber\u00eda de producto. La instalaci\u00f3n final se realiza por tracci\u00f3n controlada, monitorizando tensi\u00f3n y velocidad.<\/p><p data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2747\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2572\">Requisitos previos de obra civil:<\/strong> Construcci\u00f3n de accesos y plataformas de entrada y salida, zonas de implantaci\u00f3n para el equipo HDD, planta de lodos y espacios log\u00edsticos para manejo de tuber\u00eda y varillaje.<\/p><p data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2962\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2778\">Fluidos de perforaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Uso de lodos benton\u00edticos o pol\u00edmeros para estabilizar el agujero piloto, reducir fricci\u00f3n, evacuar detrito y asegurar la integridad del trazado durante la perforaci\u00f3n y el escariado.<\/p><p data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"3269\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"3001\">Control de calidad y seguridad:<\/strong> Monitorizaci\u00f3n de la trayectoria, par\u00e1metros de perforaci\u00f3n, presi\u00f3n del fluido, tensi\u00f3n de tiro y volumen de retorno. Se verifica la alineaci\u00f3n del cruce, el estado final de la tuber\u00eda instalada y el cumplimiento de los protocolos HSE en zonas de perforaci\u00f3n y
