seguras, estables y con m\u00ednima afecci\u00f3n a la superficie, especialmente en entornos urbanos consolidados. Las tecnolog\u00edas SIN zanja permiten ejecutar tuber\u00edas a presi\u00f3n y conducciones profundas con control de alineaci\u00f3n y continuidad hidr\u00e1ulica. Este servicio se define mediante los siguientes par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos:<\/p><p data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1475\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1222\">Aplicaciones principales:<\/strong> Instalaci\u00f3n de conducciones de agua potable, arterias principales de distribuci\u00f3n, ramales de refuerzo, conexiones entre dep\u00f3sitos, pasos bajo avenidas, cruces bajo infraestructuras y renovaci\u00f3n de redes de abastecimiento sin interrupci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p><p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1709\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1516\">M\u00e9todos constructivos utilizados:<\/strong> Microt\u00fanel teledirigido, hinca de tuber\u00eda, Direct Pipe\u00ae y perforaci\u00f3n horizontal dirigida (HDD), seleccionados seg\u00fan geotecnia, presi\u00f3n de servicio, trazado y restricciones del entorno urbano.<\/p><p data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1950\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1745\">Di\u00e1metros y tipo de tuber\u00eda:<\/strong> Tuber\u00edas de acero, fundici\u00f3n d\u00factil, hormig\u00f3n o materiales espec\u00edficos para sistemas a presi\u00f3n. La elecci\u00f3n depende de la capacidad hidr\u00e1ulica, las cargas externas y los est\u00e1ndares del operador municipal.<\/p><p data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2218\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"1998\">Condiciones de terreno y nivel fre\u00e1tico:<\/strong> Adecuado para suelos cohesivos, mixtos, arenosos o saturados. En zonas con presencia de agua subterr\u00e1nea o riesgo de descompresi\u00f3n del terreno se utilizan escudos presurizados (EPB o Slurry) para estabilidad del frente.<\/p><p data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2490\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2263\">Longitudes y geometr\u00eda de los cruces:<\/strong> Tramos cortos y medianos bajo calles o zonas industriales; cruces m\u00e1s largos bajo infraestructuras lineales; posibilidad de trazados con curvatura suave cuando el m\u00e9todo lo permite (HDD o soluciones espec\u00edficas de microt\u00fanel).<\/p><p data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2685\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2531\">Requisitos previos de obra civil:<\/strong> Pozos de ataque o recepci\u00f3n, plataformas de trabajo, accesos, zonas de acopio de tuber\u00eda y equipos, y espacio para planta de lodos y maquinaria auxiliar.<\/p><p data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2926\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2737\">Compatibilidad con continuidad del servicio:<\/strong> Las tecnolog\u00edas SIN zanja permiten instalar nuevas conducciones sin interrumpir el abastecimiento existente, reduciendo cortes de agua, afectaciones al tr\u00e1fico y molestias a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p><p data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"3191\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"2978\">Control de calidad y par\u00e1metros hidr\u00e1ulicos:<\/strong> Verificaci\u00f3n de alineaci\u00f3n, presi\u00f3n de frente, empujes, volumen excavado, integridad de la tuber\u00eda y pruebas de estanqueidad. En conducciones a presi\u00f3n se aplican ensayos espec\u00edficos seg\u00fan normativa del operador.<\/p><p data-start=\"3193\" data-end=\"3415\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"3195\" data-end=\"3226\">Seguridad y entorno urbano:<\/strong> Gesti\u00f3n de accesos, control de vibraciones, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, ventilaci\u00f3n en pozos, minimizaci\u00f3n de impacto ac\u00fastico y cumplimiento de protocolos HSE en entornos urbanos y espacios confinados.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
