decisions<\/strong>\u201d(maximum 3) for DF\/client to unlock.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1359\">3) \u201cMeasurable\u201d milestones and unambiguous acceptances.<\/h3><p data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1441\">To avoid discussion, milestones are defined on a \u201cdone when...\u201d basis:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1684\"><li data-start=\"1442\"
