These are the most important criteria:<\/p><h3 data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"372\">1) \u201cDoes it fit\u201d in the city? Implementation and occupation<\/h3><ul data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"761\"><li data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"660\"><p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"660\">There is reasonable space for implementation (stockpiles, access, security), especially if the method requires work to be concentrated at specific points (e.g., if the method requires the concentration of work at specific points). <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"587\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"585\">Microtunnel<\/a><\/strong> o <strong data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1135\"><li data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1003\"><p data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"1003\">It is clear <strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"854\">who authorizes<\/strong> the junction (roads, railroad, confederation, port, city hall) and <strong data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"941\">what do you ask for<\/strong> (documentation, work windows, supervision, guarantees).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1135\"><p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1135\">The route avoids \u201cred spots\u201d (easements, environmental impacts, protected areas) or already has a strategy to manage them.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1194\">3) Interference and existing services under control<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1524\"><li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1376\"><p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1376\">Reasonable inventory of <strong data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1244\">services affected<\/strong> (water, gas, MV\/LV, fiber, sanitation) and plan to coexist with them (protection, specific diversions, coordination with operators).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1524\"><p data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1524\">The route does not depend on \u201cassumptions\u201d: if there is uncertainty, prior verification is planned (without turning the meeting into an eternal campaign).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1585\">4) Geotechnics sufficient to choose a method without guessing<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1854\"><li data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1750\"><p data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1750\">There is geotechnical or, at least, reliable information from nearby works to confirm that the planned method is consistent (without going into fine calculation yet).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1854\"><p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1854\">If key data is missing, you define <strong data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1805\">which test\/tasting<\/strong> is needed and where, so as not to redesign later.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1925\">5) Constructability of the design (what usually \u201cbreaks\u201d projects).<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2224\"><li data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2103\"><p data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"2103\">Feasible entry\/exit points, clear sequence of work and, if applicable, definition of ancillary works such as <strong data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2102\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/vertical-wells\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2100\">Vertical wells<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2224\"><p data-start=\"2106\" data-end=\"2224\">Operation\/service requirements (commissioning, continuity, maintenance access) compatible with the solution.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2287\">6) \u201cDecidable\u201d risks and contingencies before start-up<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2606\"><li data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2413\"><p data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2413\">Top 3-5 risks are identified (e.g. permits, access, services, logistics) and a mitigation plan is in place.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2606\"><p data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2606\">If the project is green, a support from <strong data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2565\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/technical-assistance-and-engineering\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2563\">Technical assistance and engineering<\/a><\/strong>
