Esto condiciona el m\u00e9todo (habitualmente <strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"918\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/closed-shield-tunnel-boring-machines\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"916\">closed shield tunnel boring machines<\/a><\/strong> si hay agua o suelos granulares), el plan de excavaci\u00f3n y el plan de contingencia.<\/p><p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1627\"><strong data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1116\">2) Requisitos del titular: permisos, metodolog\u00eda y estudios espec\u00edficos<\/strong><br data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1119\" \/>Bajo l\u00edneas f\u00e9rreas\/metro o carreteras de alta capacidad suele exigirse documentaci\u00f3n adicional (m\u00e9todo constructivo, evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos, auscultaci\u00f3n) y estudios espec\u00edficos de <strong data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1326\">asentamiento\/vibraci\u00f3n<\/strong> seg\u00fan el gestor (p. ej., administraciones viales o ferroviarias). En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto se gestiona como parte de la <strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1588\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/how-are-subway-infrastructure-crossings-managed\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1586\">gesti\u00f3n de cruces de infraestructuras subterr\u00e1neas<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"2279\"><strong data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1687\">3) Control de presi\u00f3n de frente y del agua subterr\u00e1nea<\/strong><br data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1690\" \/>Si hay <strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1720\">nivel fre\u00e1tico alto<\/strong> o presiones elevadas, la limitaci\u00f3n pasa a ser mantener el frente equilibrado para evitar filtraciones, arrastre de finos y asientos. En estos escenarios se refuerza la necesidad de escudos presurizados (EPB\/hidroescudo) y de una estrategia de control de presiones; ver <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2151\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/pressure-management-under-high-groundwater-with-hydroshields\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2149\">gesti\u00f3n de presiones bajo agua subterr\u00e1nea alta con hidroescudo<\/a><\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2240\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/closed-shield-hydroshield\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2156\" data-end=\"2238\">closed shield hydroshield<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2957\"><strong data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2337\">4) Tolerancias geom\u00e9tricas y trazabilidad \u201cas-built\u201d<\/strong><br data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2340\" \/>En cruces cr\u00edticos, la ejecuci\u00f3n queda limitada por tolerancias de eje\/cota y por la necesidad de un control geom\u00e9trico robusto (l\u00e1ser\/gyro, red topogr\u00e1fica, etc.). Eurohinca detalla el enfoque en <strong data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2700\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/como-se-controla-la-alineacion-la-curvatura-y-la-cota-en-una-hinca-de-tuberia-teledirigida\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2698\">control de alineaci\u00f3n, curvatura y cota<\/a><\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2818\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/como-se-controla-la-alineacion-en-tiempo-real\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2816\">control de alineaci\u00f3n en tiempo real<\/a><\/strong>; en gesti\u00f3n de cruces se citan tolerancias t\u00edpicas de control y monitorizaci\u00f3n durante la ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p><p data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"3635\"><strong data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"3029\">5) Implantaci\u00f3n: d\u00f3nde caben los pozos (y qu\u00e9 tama\u00f1o pueden tener)<\/strong><br data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3032\" \/>La limitaci\u00f3n \u201cterrestre\u201d t\u00edpica es que no siempre puedes ubicar pozos donde te gustar\u00eda (zonas de exclusi\u00f3n, servidumbres, tr\u00e1fico, accesos). Eso condiciona longitudes, log\u00edstica y dise\u00f1o estructural del pozo (muro de reacci\u00f3n, izados, planta de lodos).
