The more complete the RFQ is, the more accurate the bid will be and the less uncertainty there will be during the construction phase.<\/p><p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1097\">The following is the essential information that must be included:<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1135\"><strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1135\">1. Geometry of the layout<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1162\">It is essential to contribute:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1403\"><li data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1226\"><p data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1226\"><strong data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1198\">Plan and longitudinal profile<\/strong>, with start\/end dimensions.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1281\"><p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1281\"><strong data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1257\">Total length of the crossing<\/strong> and minimum coverages.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1338\"><p data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1338\">Minimum radii of curvature and admissible slopes.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1403\"><p data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1403\">Distance available for the <strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1402\">attack and reception wells<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1586\">For complex or curved sections, it helps to consult references of works such as the <strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1582\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/works\/microtunnel-in-arenao-curve\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1580\">microtunnel in El Arenao curve<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1625\"><strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1625\">Geotechnical information<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1647\">The RFQ should include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1928\"><li data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1725\"><p data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1725\">SPT\/CPT, granulometry, Atterberg, permeability and RQD soundings in rock.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1772\"><p data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1772\">Water table and seasonal variations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1847\"><p data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1847\">Predicted terrain transitions (clays \u2192 sands \u2192 gravels \u2192 gravels \u2192 rock).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"1928\"><p data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1928\">Risks detected: collapsibility, expansiveness, bouldering, internal erosion, etc.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2115\">For crossings under the coast or outfalls, marine characterization is also relevant, as explained in <strong data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2111\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/eurohinca.com\/en\/submerged-applications\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2109\">submerged applications<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2164\"><strong data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2164\">3.
