tuneladora dise\u00f1ada para mantener el equilibrio de presi\u00f3n en el frente de excavaci\u00f3n utilizando el propio material excavado, previamente acondicionado. La aplicaci\u00f3n de esta tecnolog\u00eda en microt\u00fanel y t\u00faneles mecanizados se define por los siguientes par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos:<\/p><p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1194\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"961\">Main applications:<\/strong> Cruces urbanos sensibles, t\u00faneles en zonas con edificaciones cercanas, pasos bajo carreteras o ferrocarriles, trabajos en suelos blandos o inestables, terrenos con riesgo de asentamientos y proyectos con presencia de nivel fre\u00e1tico.<\/p><p data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1492\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1237\">Compatible land conditions:<\/strong> Suelos cohesivos, limos, arcillas, arenas finas o materiales con comportamiento pl\u00e1stico tras el acondicionamiento. En suelos granulares o muy permeables, el acondicionamiento del detrito y el control de la presi\u00f3n son fundamentales para evitar p\u00e9rdidas.<\/p><p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1774\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1532\">Mecanismo de control de presi\u00f3n:<\/strong> La c\u00e1mara del EPB trabaja presurizada mediante el propio material excavado, acondicionado con espuma, pol\u00edmeros o aditivos. Esto permite estabilizar el frente, controlar el avance y evitar vac\u00edos que puedan generar movimientos en superficie.<\/p><p data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"2013\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1802\">Construction method:<\/strong> Excavaci\u00f3n con cabezal de corte, mezcla y acondicionamiento en c\u00e1mara presurizada, extracci\u00f3n del material mediante tornillo sinf\u00edn y montaje del revestimiento (tuber\u00eda hincada o dovelas) seg\u00fan el tipo de obra.<\/p><p data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2251\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2053\">Rango de di\u00e1metros y longitudes:<\/strong> Adecuado para microt\u00faneles y t\u00faneles de di\u00e1metros medio y grande. Las longitudes admisibles dependen de la potencia de empuje, resistencia del terreno, log\u00edstica de obra y dise\u00f1o del revestimiento.<\/p><p data-start=\"2253\" data-end=\"2558\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2292\">Civil works prerequisites:<\/strong> Pozos de ataque y recepci\u00f3n o portales con espacio para la tuneladora, sistemas de inyecci\u00f3n de espuma y aditivos, \u00e1rea de montaje del revestimiento, ventilaci\u00f3n y equipos auxiliares. En zonas urbanas, la implantaci\u00f3n requiere coordinaci\u00f3n con servicios existentes.<\/p><p data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2772\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2594\">Sistema de guiado y control:<\/strong> Monitoreo continuo de presi\u00f3n de c\u00e1mara, par, empuje, velocidad de avance y volumen excavado. El guiado se realiza mediante l\u00e1ser o giroscopio seg\u00fan las tolerancias del trazado.<\/p><p data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"2996\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2823\">Extracci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del material excavado:<\/strong> Descarga del detrito acondicionado a trav\u00e9s del tornillo sinf\u00edn hacia cintas, vagonetas o sistemas de bombeo, dependiendo del di\u00e1metro y del esquema log\u00edstico del proyecto.<\/p><p data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3253\">\u2022 <strong data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3035\">Quality control and safety:<\/strong> Supervisi\u00f3n del equilibrio de presiones, control del estado del tornillo sinf\u00edn, estanqueidad del escudo, ventilaci\u00f3n adecuada, protocolos de acceso seguro y
